Falafel

1 c dried chickpeas, soaked in 4 cup water overnight
1 onion chopped
1 c fresh parsley/cilantro chopped
3 cloves garlic peeled/diced
1 lemon juiced
1 T cumin
1t salt
pinch cayenne

1 - drain and pulse chickpeas
2 - add remaining and pulse
3 - 2 T balls on baking sheets
4 - Bake 20-25 min
