Craisin, Goat Cheese & Pecan Salad

Dressing:

¼ c balsamic vinegar

¼ c olive oil

2 T orange juice

2 t soy sauce

3 -4 cloves garlic mashed with ½ t coarse salt

Fresh pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until blended.

Serve with salad:

1 large bag/container of spring greens

Craisins

Crumbled goat cheese

Sugared pecans
